After the delivery of the unit, a warranty period automatically starts.

We offer detailed technical documentation, with lists of all data of the used parts and software.

Depending on the different agreements that were made, we also provide the necessary training for the staff of the customer on the spot. This enables the customer to make the unit fully operative as soon as possible from a mechanical as well as an intellectual point of view.

On top of that, Avercon also offers maintenance contracts in which the customer can ask the hands who built the unit themselves to come over and do the regular maintenance of the machine.

Our service aims for nothing less than a 100% reliability with our partners, which should benefit both parties. An employee will be available to answer calls during office hours and take the right steps in case of problems.
