In our latest project for Etex, safety was the cornerstone. Resulting in a smarter, faster and more user-friendly production setup for destacking and stacking boards. Thanks to a Digital Twin, the complete rebuild was simulated and tested in advance. This allowed for a full implementation in just two weeks, without interrupting the overall production.
The entire project is a success story that fully meets the clients goals: safety “back on track”, more flexibility, user-friendly HMI interface, easy learning curve for new operators, less interventions, less damages, higher OEE.
